When the “New Topic” button is clicked on to create a new posting, any category that was previously established will appear in the window next to “Category”. In this case 4 categories were previously created. 

When posting a new message, the existing categories can be chosen (click once on the category and it will be highlighted and the message will be posed under that category), or a new category can be created by typing in the “Enter a new category” field.
