• Professor Louis Henkin receives the Goler T. Butcher Medal
  Columbia Law School and the American Society of International Law host a discussion entitled "Human Rights in the Age of Terrorism".  At the end of the presentation Professor Louis Henkin was presented with the Goler T. Butcher Medal.
