The Registration Form (PDF) is available for download. To submit it, along with your payment, please:

• Download the registration form, above.
• If you choose to pay by check, fill out the requested information on the form and make your check payable to: Columbia University Law School
• If you choose to pay by credit card, write the requested information on the form.
• The cost to register for the conference is $50.
