The Police Officer Will Not be Present

You may have heard of types of cases where the police department automatically loses if the arresting officer is not at the hearing. THIS IS NOT THE SITUATION AT KRIMSTOCK HEARINGS. The arresting officer will not be at the hearing, and the OATH judge is authorized to allow the written reports from the officer to be considered as evidence.
